Last updated: 9 March 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of the KOKO mobile application, website, and related services available through koko.recipes.

1. Using KOKO

You may use KOKO only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for the activity that occurs under your account.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for keeping your account information accurate.

3. Content you submit

You retain responsibility for photos, PDFs, URLs, recipe text, and other content you upload or import. You should only submit content you are permitted to use. KOKO may process that content to provide recipe extraction, organization, translation, and related features.

4. Subscriptions and paid features

Certain features may require a subscription or separate purchase. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled by the platform through which you purchased the subscription, such as Apple or Google, unless otherwise stated.

5. Acceptable use

6. Availability and changes

KOKO may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

7. Disclaimers

KOKO is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Recipe parsing, translation, nutrition estimation, and AI-assisted outputs may contain mistakes and should be reviewed before relying on them.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOKO and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated, if misuse is detected, or if required for security or legal reasons.

10. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@koko.recipes.
